L&M Cosplays First vs Latest

Name: Labinnak & Mangoloo Cosplays Age: 20 and 22 Character: First = Skyrim Nightingales Latest = Tales from the Borderlands Fiona and Rhys Country: USA Caption: Alright so this picture might look super weird... and you may be thinking... "How is that your first?! #whatisthiswizardary ?!?!"

But let us explain..... Both first and latest costumes we made from scratch. The Nightingales were our first and of course our latest is Tales from the Borderlands.

Now you may be wondering... "Why start with such a complicated project?!!" Well... we are ambitious as hell!

When we saw the Nightingales we knew it would be a complicated project, especially for a first cosplay but we were very determined to somehow make that costume a reality! We remember first getting on the sewing machine and thinking the proper way to thread the machine was to wrap the thread around the handle a few times before finally sewing stretchy pleather (which was super wrong... not to mention the material we soon realized was VERY difficult to sew!) Seriously we almost threw our sewing machine out the window during the construction of our first cosplay! Yet we WANTED to cosplay this character so badly we weren't going to let our lack of experience force us to give up. Long story short.. we cried and yelled a lot but we also learned a lot too as we worked through each barrier that was tossed at us until the costume was finally completed. In the end all the hardship made the accomplishment of finishing a challenging costume so much sweeter!

It was a big project to take on for a first, but we are glad that we did because after completing it we realize that there is no challenge too big for us to do! And it really does go to prove that no matter how difficult a cosplay looks, no matter how inexperienced you think you are... if you are determined enough to learn and work through any barriers then you can truly cosplay ANYTHING you want!
